We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 AM to 4:30 PM and involves handling various office tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective Communication: Ensure seamless interactions across languages by communicating fluently in English and Spanish.
  • Office Administration: Manage daily tasks such as answering phones, handling emails, and maintaining an organized office space.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data entry, document creation, and generating reports.
  • Collaboration: Work with different departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent support and service to internal and external clients.
  • Supply Management: Oversee the ordering and management of office supplies to ensure the workspace remains well-stocked and organized.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in office administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • A customer service-oriented approach.
Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and development within our expanding organization.
