- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality control testing to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

- Collect and process blood specimens using age-appropriate techniques.
- Assist with receiving, identifying, accessioning, processing, and transporting specimens.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology, Chemistry, or Biology.
- ASCP certification or equivalent (AMT) or State of Tennessee Medical Technologist license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- MT(ASCP), CLS(NCA), MT(HEW), MT(AMT) certification.
