Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. As a Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, and blood banking.
  • Operate and maintain complex laboratory equipment.
  • Analyze and interpret test results, making recommendations for further testing or treatment as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely test results.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure laboratory accuracy and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
  • Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
  • 1+ year of experience in a hospital or private laboratory setting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
