Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Little Words Project's King of Prussia location. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in helping to run the store, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our brand's message of positivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive team performance and achieve sales goals
  • Open and close the store independently, ensuring a smooth and secure operation
  • Manage in-store beading appointments and facilitate special events, such as in-store parties
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory, communicating product needs to the Inventory Lead
  • Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates to ensure excellent customer service
  • Introduce new products to customers and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs
  • Effectively handle customer issues and answer questions related to merchandise and store policies
  • Process transactions accurately on the POS system
  • Maintain a tidy and well-stocked sales floor, including backstock and visual merchandising
  • Assist customers at the bead-your-own bracelet table and fulfill in-store custom orders

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail experience and 2+ years of customer service industry experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Passion for learning and sharing Little Words Project's core values, including positivity and kindness
