Responsibilities
- Directly oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget specifications.
- Maintain open communication channels with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly.
- Analyze project scope and feasibility, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Develop and implement effective resource allocation plans, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal project execution.
- Evaluate project performance, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to align project goals and objectives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in construction management, preferably with expertise in managing large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex project information to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to travel extensively across the United States and Canada, potentially up to 6 weeks at a time.
