Senior Project Manager - Construction

Michael Page is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with experience in project leadership, team management, and budget control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  • Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and other key personnel, fostering collaboration and efficient workflow.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial performance.
  • Create detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure that all work complies with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory codes.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, including contingency planning and issue resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Experience with commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in PlanGrid, Ranken, and Bluebeam highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
