Qualifications:

Education: A Master's degree is mandatory.

Graduates from an NCCPA accredited physician assistant program or NP or post-Master's NP program are eligible.

Experience: Preferred experience ranges from one to three years.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

A current PA or NP license in the relevant state, registration with the state medical board, and a current DEA registration are required.

Essential Skills:

Ability to successfully complete both generic and department-specific skills validation and competency assessments. Strong collaboration skills with management, physicians, and a demonstrated ability in customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
