The Cleaning Operations Leader is tasked with providing direction, motivation, and support to a dedicated team of cleaning professionals.

Compensation: $55K
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 2:30 PM to 11 PM and Friday - 10 AM to 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance inspections within designated areas of responsibility.
- Ensure that quality and satisfaction levels meet or exceed expectations.
- Guarantee the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the training and development of team members.
- Provide guidance on safety protocols, cleaning methods, and chemical usage to the cleaning staff.
- Address crew members' issues regarding attendance, performance, and other work-related matters, following proper documentation procedures.
- Lead and engage in team efforts to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks.
- Oversee and manage shift operations in the absence of the Supervisor.
- When the Supervisor is present, the leader may direct smaller work groups.
- Support the Supervisor and Shift Manager in overseeing field employees.
- While this position does not have disciplinary authority, it is expected that the leader will report performance concerns to the Supervisor.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and management.
- Adhere to all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures set by the Company and regulatory authorities.
Essential Functions:
- Provide leadership and direction to team members.
- Facilitate open communication between field employees and management.
- Offer constructive coaching to team members.
- Assist in training housekeeping staff and organizing work assignments.
- Help create daily and weekly work schedules.
- Oversee and execute cleaning operations in assigned facilities.
- Manage keys and access cards for the property.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning items.
- Ensure that premises are secured at all times.
- Oversee additional service requests in assigned buildings.
- Collaborate with management to schedule jobs and coordinate cleaning crew activities.
- Monitor job quality and confirm completion with management.
- Provide training for all new hires assigned to the building.
- Participate in all meetings and training sessions related to the assigned property and crew.
- Complete and validate time sheets, ensuring accuracy before submission.
- Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals on a weekly basis.
- Accurately complete order forms.
- Coordinate equipment usage and maintain inventories.
- Perform all tasks and duties required of the team.
- Carry out miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Up to 2 years of custodial experience.
- 2 to 5 years of leadership experience.
- Must reside in the local area.
