To cultivate a robust client portfolio and serve as the primary liaison throughout the sales process, from initial outreach to successful closure. Position Overview:
This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and demands outstanding customer service and follow-up capabilities. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the container industry and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. This position is responsible for managing all sales activities within designated accounts or territories, ensuring quality and consistency in product and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, rectify, and report safety hazards to prevent workplace accidents.
- Seek out and implement cost-saving measures and opportunities for efficiency and profit enhancement.
- Support the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and adhere to the Sea Box Quality Policy, emphasizing self-inspection of work.
- Present and advocate for company products to existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals to expand the client base.
- Identify sales opportunities and engage with assigned accounts.
- Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and sales agreements.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to better serve clients.
- Establish and nurture relationships with current and potential clients.
- Complete necessary paperwork to initiate and sustain contract services.
- Oversee account services through quality assurance checks and follow-up activities.
- Address and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Generate various status reports, including activity updates, sales closures, follow-ups, and goal adherence.
- Communicate new product offerings, special developments, and feedback to relevant company personnel.
- Coordinate with company staff to ensure successful sales closure.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Maintain a consistent state of alertness and safety while fulfilling essential job functions.

Qualifications:
Skills: Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
