Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing and Marketing: Effectively lease apartments in accordance with occupancy goals, while maintaining a strong understanding of Fair Housing Standards and local market trends.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all residents, prospects, and visitors, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete lease paperwork and files, manage lease renewals, and maintain accurate records in our property management system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the leasing team, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with competitor rental rates, features, and specials to effectively market our community and overcome objections.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; or High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service, sales, and negotiation skills; good communication and listening skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment; and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Working Environment

This is a part-time position, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and overtime as needed. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and may be exposed to changing weather conditions, loud machine/equipment noise, and confined spaces.
