The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Liquor Store Clerk 2 (Sales Team Lead) to join our team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Your primary goal will be to provide a positive shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive prompt and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of stock at all times.
  • Operate a point-of-sale computer system to complete sales and check inventory of merchandise.
  • Provide customer service by listening to customer concerns or complaints, answering customer inquiries, and assisting customers in their product selection.
  • Administer and oversee store security procedures to prevent theft and ensure the security of cash, merchandise, and other assets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum six months of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
