Company Overview: Chewy is a leading e-commerce company specializing in pet products. Our Pharmacy, Learning & Development team is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Pharmaceutical Training Developer.

About the Role: As a Pharmaceutical Training Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing training programs to support Chewy's Pharmacy team. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality training content, including course materials, presentations, and interactive elements
  • Develop training programs that meet the needs of the Pharmacy team, including onboarding, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training sessions that address specific business needs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, training development, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
