Territory Retail Director

We are seeking a Territory Retail Director to join our team. This role will oversee the supervision and development of assigned associates to drive sales and meet retailer expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for project completion, stocking, and maintaining areas under their responsibility, as well as store communication.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building rapport through daily communication with store associates and management
• Training, supervising, and developing skills of Sales Merchandisers and fellow Territory Retail Directors
• Educating customers and store personnel on product features and benefits
• Maintaining accuracy and quality of work in all areas of the store
• Communicating successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager

Requirements include:

• Lifting objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/product up to 35 lbs
• Working in a fast-paced environment with fine manipulation of hands or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing
• Experience/comfort level with electronics/technical products
• Independent and self-motivated
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends
• High School diploma or equivalency certification required
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance required
• Computer, printing capability, internet access, and email required
