As an Infrastructure Services Consultant, you will be responsible for the management and operational oversight of Northwell's Citrix environment, which includes a vast array of Citrix-based servers supporting over 500 applications. Your role will encompass both multi-cloud and on-premise solutions, ensuring optimal performance and delivery of virtualized applications and desktops.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the conceptualization, execution, and maintenance of Northwell's Enterprise Citrix Infrastructure.
2. Oversee application visualization, profile management, incident response, and performance monitoring.
3. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental objectives and provide insights to the technical team as necessary.
Work Environment:
This position allows for remote work within New York State, with a requirement to report to the office periodically (minimum of twice a month).
Compensation:
The salary for this role is set at $179,982.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer, specifically utilizing Windows, VMWare, and Citrix technologies.
