Job Overview:

The Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for executing fundamental nursing assistant tasks as outlined in their training and certification program. This role emphasizes the importance of medical asepsis, maintaining patient dignity and privacy, and adhering to hospital safety protocols.

The CNA operates under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, receiving specific assignments that are communicated both verbally and in writing. The expectation is to complete these tasks efficiently within the designated shift.


Essential Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Wisconsin
  • Current CPR certification or eligibility for certification
  • Availability for orientation during the initial week of employment

Compensation:
Starting at $19.74+

Work Schedule:
Evening shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation

Hours Per Week: 20

Status: Eligible for benefits

FTE: 0.5
