Job Summary

Della Infotech is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a Lead Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for the daily operations of technologists in your area, assisting the Area Operations Manager in meeting productivity standards, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and process X-Rays, submitting them for interpretation.
  • Unload portable x-ray equipment and take it to patients' bedsides to perform exams ordered by physicians.
  • Obtain clinically diagnostic EKGs and transmit them for interpretation.
  • Check, complete, and deliver paperwork related to exams and patients' billing information.
  • Enter patient demographics into computer workstations and scan films for transmission to reading centers.
  • Maintain vehicles and x-ray equipment.
  • Accurately record hours worked and deliver them to managers in a timely manner.
  • Work with Area Managers to ensure proper scheduling of technologists to meet customer service levels.
  • Conduct quarterly image reviews to ensure high-quality exams are performed, providing graded feedback to technologists.
  • Cross-train technical staff in all applicable modalities.
  • Maintain equipment and cars, performing spot checks to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Provide on-call assistance to the team and report concerns to Area Operations Managers.
Requirements
  • ARRT certification and valid driver's license in the applicable state.
  • Vaccination against COVID-19 or proper documentation for exemption.
  • Shift confirmed with candidates in the additional information section of the cover page.
