About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and well-being of children and adolescents in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to youth, promoting a positive and safe environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
  • At least six weeks of behavioral health work experience.
