About the Role

As a Support Advocate at Seven Hills Foundation, you will play a vital role in providing day-to-day services to our program participants. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and/or teach individuals with varying levels of personal care, including bathing, toileting, and teeth brushing, to ensure they always look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with household maintenance, meal preparation, and shopping, while promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • Accompany individuals on appointments and administer medications (or support self-medication) in accordance with residential guidelines.
  • Follow established routines, including Behavior Support Plans, personal care, and physical therapy.

Requirements
  • 18+ years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record
  • Commitment to assisting people with varying disabilities to participate fully in their community and in their own lives
  • Varied interests and personal connections in the local community
  • Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior
