About the Role

As a Support Advocate at Seven Hills Foundation, you will play a vital role in providing day-to-day services to our program participants. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting and teaching individuals with varying levels of personal care, household maintenance, meal preparation, and shopping. You will also accompany individuals on appointments and administer medications in accordance with residential guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services to individuals, including bathing, toileting, and teeth brushing
  • Assist with household maintenance, meal preparation, and shopping
  • Accompany individuals on appointments and provide transportation as needed
  • Administer medications in accordance with residential guidelines
  • Follow routines and protocols established for each individual, including behavior support plans and physical therapy
Requirements
  • 18+ years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and good driving record
  • Commitment to assisting people with varying disabilities to participate fully in their community and in their own lives
  • Varied interests and personal connections in the local community
  • Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior
