As a Senior Montessori Educator, your responsibilities will include designing and executing age-appropriate curricula in line with Montessori principles, planning engaging activities that foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth, and evaluating and documenting student progress.

Your Responsibilities:

Compensation:
Salary range of $45,000-$58,000, based on qualifications and experience.

Are You the Right Fit?

If you possess the following qualifications, we would be eager to connect with you:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience in Early Childhood Education/Montessori Education within a certified child development center.

Montessori Certification is required

Prior experience with preschool-aged children

Proficiency in using standard office equipment such as laptops and tablets.


Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is highly preferred; a willingness to learn and adhere to Montessori philosophy is mandatory.

Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to engage with parents and colleagues effectively.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, collaboration, creativity, and a passion for Early Childhood education.

Compensation:
Salary range of $46,000-$58,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
