Digital Media Producer

Hofstra University is a leading institution in higher education, recognized for its commitment to academic excellence and innovation. As a Multimedia Producer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for creating engaging visual content that showcases the university's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement multimedia production projects, from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with a team of videographers, editors, and other stakeholders to produce engaging content for various platforms.
- Direct and shoot video content, edit and post-produce footage, and coordinate distribution of video assets.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across university video output, staying up-to-date with the latest video production trends and technologies.
- Log content and maintain video archives, performing other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Filmmaking, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of related experience in video production, including internships.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality video projects.
- Strong storytelling ability and expert understanding of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in live streaming and/or drone videography.
