**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Demonstrate critical thinking to address clinical and emotional needs, translating patient information effectively to other providers.
  • Take ownership of professional growth and participate in shared governance, advancing quality in patient care and the work environment.
  • Engage actively in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

**Requirements:**

  • Current RN license
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Act 33,34
  • 2+ years of nursing experience preferred
