Assistant Preschool Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori in Somerset, NJ. As an Assistant Guide, you will play a vital role in supporting our Lead Guides in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 6 and under.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Lead Guides in guiding children to become more independent and confident in their abilities.
- Contribute to the development of young children through engaging and interactive activities.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with daily tasks and responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of the preschool.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the development of young children and a passion for early childhood education.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to grow and learn in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Valid negative TB test (in the last 12 months) or willingness to take prior to start date.
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to become certified prior to start date.
