**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist with the development and implementation of in-service programs, ensuring that all staff members receive comprehensive training and education
* Collaborate with hospital management and staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient care and staff performance
* Participate in performance improvement activities, contributing to the hospital's mission to provide exceptional patient care and service
* Serve as a resource person to staff and management, providing guidance and support as needed

**Requirements**

* Current Registered Nurse licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky or a current Registered Nurse licensure with a multistate compact status
* A minimum of three years of experience as a Clinical Instructor, with a strong background in nursing education and staff development
* Certification as an instructor with the American Heart Association in BLS, PALS, and/or ACLS
* Excellent critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
