Position Overview
This pivotal role is designed to enhance the effectiveness of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team within North American Partners in Anesthesia. The individual will be instrumental in delivering actionable insights and comprehensive reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide robust support to the Corporate FP&A team by delivering insightful reporting and analytics.
  • Leverage Adaptive Insights to uncover new financial and operational patterns, effectively communicating findings to the FP&A leadership.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, focusing on Profit & Loss and cash flow management.
  • Develop detailed reports and dashboards that empower the FP&A team and the wider organization to make informed business decisions based on thorough analysis.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to prepare monthly presentations for the Executive Leadership team, Board, and other key stakeholders, showcasing insights into financial and operational performance.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing business systems and improving reporting capabilities.
  • Engage in strategic projects that foster the creation of new value-added services for both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in Finance.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in financial modeling.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and functions.
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to complete tasks independently.
  • Demonstrated success in individual and team process improvement initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Quick learner who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights or similar financial reporting and analytics platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $93,912 - $110,000.
