Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.
  • Provide support in creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and services provided.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in speech-language pathology.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy or a related field.
  • Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathologists in Washington.
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in schools and working with IEPs is preferred.
