Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Seattle Children's. As a Generalist Pediatric Speech Pathologist, you will work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to children with a range of speech and language disorders.
Your ideal candidate will have experience working with children with language delay, apraxia, acquired injury/deficit, AAC use, swallowing concerns, cognitive/social communication, and other speech and language related diagnoses. You will be a team player, highly organized, and motivated to learn, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide diagnostic and treatment services to children with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify children's communication needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address children's communication goals
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Experience in pediatric diagnostic or treatment settings
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Washington State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Pediatric hospital experience
- Functional knowledge of a second language
Seattle Children's offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $68.70 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
Please note that this compensation range is specific to Seattle, and positions located outside of Seattle may be compensated differently.
