The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and a strategic problem solver, responsible for directing field operations and guiding crews to achieve outstanding results. The position offers a flexible work schedule from Monday to Saturday within the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage installation crews to ensure project success.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a crew.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a contracting capacity.
  • Proficient in detach and reset (D&R) techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in electrical systems.
  • NABCEP certification is advantageous.
