The Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services work team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, setting priorities, and managing a team to meet productivity and customer service requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of operations team members.
- Set priorities and ensure completion of tasks to meet departmental and client needs.
- Effectively recruit, manage, and lead a team to maintain the functionality and safety of operations.
- Monitor and develop team member performance, including evaluations, training, and recognition.
- Ensure work assignments and schedules meet departmental, facility, and contractual needs.
- Respond to client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize company policies and guidelines to solve work problems and ensure a safe work environment.
- Implement and manage quality control monitoring and safety programs.
- Meet with clients to ensure needs and expectations are being met.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Ability to adjust work schedule as needed to support the operation.
- Ability to effectively lead a staff of direct reports.
- Ability to communicate effectively and read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating manuals.
- Basic understanding of computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize assignments and projects.
Work Environment
The Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments. The work environment may require extended time standing, walking, and lifting. A valid driver's license is required for occasional travel to meetings and work-related functions.
