Job Overview

Clarity Software Solutions is seeking a skilled Digital Associate I to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the safe and accurate operation of digital presses and finishing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and understand job tickets and special instructions to ensure accurate production.
  • Perform quality control inspections on each job to meet Clarity's specifications.
  • Reference the COS reference guide and Digital Manager for guidance on staging paper.
  • Load and unload paper rolls, move wastepaper rolls to the compactor machine, and empty paper bag waste.
  • Clean the compactor area and report compactor pressure in the log.
  • Understand how to set up and feed material through different machines and observe control points of equipment.
  • Clean and vacuum machines and sensors, replace toner cartridges and fusers, and analyze and calibrate cutter roller adjustments and presses.
  • Work cooperatively with other departments to achieve manufacturing goals and assist with light handiwork, maintenance, and cleaning as needed.
  • Perform general housekeeping, including upkeep of the facility, trash and waste removal, and general assistance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in machine operation preferred.
  • Experience navigating web browsers required.
  • Basic math and reading skills required.
