Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on dry ice production equipment, dry ice blasting machines, and engineered systems.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of our equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of equipment parts and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and availability.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including reports and documentation.
  • Travel and Logistics: Travel extensively throughout the region, including occasional international trips, to perform maintenance and support activities.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Associate's degree in a related technical field or equivalent on-the-job training, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in field service working with electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
  • Skill Competencies: Excellent customer service skills, ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment, knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of embedded PLC programming, HMI development, and electrical wiring diagrams, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Physical Demands
  • Sitting and Standing: Regularly sit and stand for long periods of time throughout the day.
  • Physical Activity: Regularly bend, crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl, and maneuver around and inside equipment.
  • Lifting and Moving: Regularly lift or move equipment weighing up to 70 pounds.
