Key Responsibilities:
Sales:

- Achieve and surpass sales objectives
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Responsibilities include scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and performance evaluations
- Ensure accountability for CRM metrics
- Meet KPI benchmarks
- Support Digital Retailing initiatives, including Rent2Buy

Finance:

- Guarantee the completion of finance deal documentation
- Promptly address any missing documents and pending transactions
- Collaborate with Sales Consultants on finance processing and performance metrics
- Support the Finance and Insurance processes and their effectiveness

Store Management:

- Attain high customer satisfaction scores (NPS)
- Train sales personnel in customer engagement and procedures
- Assist in store management as a senior employee at the location
- Support inventory and reconditioning activities
- Price vehicles as necessary
- Facilitate multi-channel sales
- Monitor compliance with Store and Internal Audit Checklist (ICC)
- Address employee, customer, and vendor concerns as needed

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years in automotive sales
- Experience in auto dealerships or financing preferred
- At least 1 year of management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent experience in automotive sales management
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across various functions and locations
- Strong influencing skills
- Adaptable and flexible; capable of thriving in uncertain situations

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Results-oriented with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build and lead a diverse, high-performing, and engaged team
- Capacity to drive process improvements and organizational change
- Ability to motivate teams while maintaining a positive outlook in a dynamic environment
- Capable of working independently with a goal-focused approach
