Acts as the organization's Treasurer and is accountable for directing and managing all aspects of financial strategy and oversight, budgeting, general accounting, cash flow management, procurement, financial operations, debt oversight, grant administration, and revenue collection.

Provides leadership and management of the Finance Division, including supervising a team of seven full-time staff members. The Finance Director reports to the executive leadership and is an integral part of the management team.
