About the Job

This PRN Speech Language Pathologist position is an exciting opportunity to work with our residents and provide high-quality care. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for evaluating, reviewing, and screening patient charts, developing treatment plans, and administering speech tests.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients/residents with communication, swallowing, and cognitive problems.
  • Administer and interpret speech tests, and instruct residents, families, and caregivers on safe swallowing techniques and diet recommendations.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and family meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations.
  • Opportunity to treat at multiple locations and serve the diverse needs of residents.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License.
