Position Overview:
As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking committed and enthusiastic Branch Operations Leaders to become integral members of our team at LKQ. In this role, you will oversee the overall performance of the branch, ensuring quality assurance, customer satisfaction, personnel management, sales optimization, inventory control, and gross margin enhancement.

• Oversee key performance indicators related to sales growth, productivity, inventory management, and profit margins.
• Supervise branch sales strategies and objectives.
• Manage and oversee all departments while adhering to the designated budget.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, regulations, and Company policies and procedures.
• Uphold all safety standards and requirements to maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of LKQ's quality enhancement system.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
• Previous experience demonstrating effective supervisory and leadership capabilities is essential.
• Ability to apply fundamental management principles, including planning, organizing, directing, and controlling.
• Capacity to manage multiple employees to achieve budgeted sales targets for the branch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient negotiating skills and sound decision-making abilities.
• Capability to work under various conditions with frequent interruptions.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, as well as sit, walk, push, pull, bend, and climb.
• Must be able to lift and/or move at least 75 pounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with office equipment such as multi-user telephone systems, fax machines, and computers.

While performing the duties of this position, employees may be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts as well as an office environment. Candidates should be able to tolerate varying temperature levels and occasional adverse driving conditions. A high energy level and the ability to work under pressure are essential. This role may require individuals to be on their feet except when operating machinery or fulfilling supervisory duties. Experience with forklifts, order selectors, pallet jacks, and pull carts is preferred.
