Auburn University College of Nursing invites applications for a full-time on-campus 12-month non-tenure track faculty position. We seek candidates with expertise in Adult Medical Surgical nursing to teach our highly qualified undergraduate students.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide instruction in classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical settings
- Engage in service to the college and university
- Work in intraprofessional/interprofessional teams for scholarly productivity
- Participate in College of Nursing outreach activities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing with specialty preparation in Adult Health
- Demonstrated current clinical experience
- Eligibility for or maintenance of a current clinical or Nurse Educator certification
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctoral degree and teaching experience in a baccalaureate program
