As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate office. This includes overseeing office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies. You will also assist clerical and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required. Your responsibilities will include preparing agendas, making travel arrangements, and maintaining calendars for higher management. Additionally, you will oversee telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies inventory and records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.
