The ideal candidate for the Senior Financial Reporting Analyst role will possess experience from a Top 10 CPA Firm, working with publicly traded entities, and will be well-versed in SEC regulations and US GAAP compliance, including 10K's, 10Q's, and 8K's. Familiarity with preparing financial statements and presenting findings to senior management is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary resource for SEC-related inquiries, including 10K's and 10Q's
  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and SEC requirements
  • Conduct technical accounting research for new or forthcoming accounting standards
  • Support month-end close processes and financial reporting tasks
  • Provide ad-hoc support to leadership as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Experience with BIG4 or public accounting firms is preferred
  • Familiarity with large ERP systems
  • Compensation Range: $90,000 - $105,000
