As a Die Quench Operator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. **Tooling Setup**: Prepare and configure tooling according to specifications.
2. **Furnace Operation**: Place inspected carbonized components into the rotary furnace while monitoring and adjusting furnace parameters to ensure optimal performance.
3. **Quenching Process**: Transfer components into the die quench, ensuring that all operational variables are accurately maintained.
4. **Quality Assurance**: Conduct hardness testing on parts to verify compliance with established specifications.
