About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our Collaboration team at Webflow. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing scalable multi-tenant backend services and APIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, MongoDB, GraphQL, Apollo, and Amazon Web Services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience developing and deploying web applications.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with GraphQL, Apollo, and MongoDB.
  • Strong debugging skills and experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Playwright, Cypress, and K6.
  • Experience building complex web systems with multiple users and roles working concurrently.
  • Ability to work in an agile, safe-to-fail environment.
