Are you skilled in electrical work and eager to delve into the realm of security system installations? LC Staffing is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, based on experience.
Work Schedule:
  • This role involves significant travel, with all expenses covered or reimbursed by the company. Additionally, a $500 bonus is awarded for traveling 12 weeks or more (up to three times a year).
  • Flexible working hours are available while on-site: choose from 8am-5pm, 7am-4pm, or opt for four 10-hour days, allowing for either Mondays or Fridays off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, program, maintain, and repair security alarm systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and specifications.
  • Create access points for wiring in various structures, including walls, ceilings, and floors.
  • Troubleshoot systems to identify issues such as loose connections or damaged insulation.
  • Route cables through access points to connect to fixtures, positioning and securing cables as necessary.
  • Conduct tests and repairs on circuits and sensors, adhering to wiring and system specifications.
  • Evaluate backup batteries, keypad programming, sirens, and all security features to confirm functionality and diagnose any malfunctions.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in electrical work is required.
  • At least two years of experience in the installation of access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems is preferred.
  • Candidates with certifications in Hirsch, Bosch, CCure, AMAG, Lenel, Avigilon, or Milestones systems will be prioritized.
