At Sentry Equipment & Erectors, LLC, a proud member of ProMach's Systems division, we are recognized for our excellence in the industries we serve. Our extensive range of conveyor systems and container handling machinery is designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Your Role:
As a vital part of our Technical Sales team, you will cultivate and sustain relationships with both existing and prospective clients for Sentry's equipment offerings. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the complete capital projects process. Your contributions will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities and applications for our advanced technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage actively with current and potential clients, including travel to customer sites for meetings.
- Serve as an expert representative for Sentry's equipment and capabilities.
- Prepare detailed quotes, ensuring accuracy in credit terms and deliverables for secured orders.
- Maintain precise records, including expense reports and CRM data entries.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company, advocating for effective resolutions to any issues or concerns.
- Interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, and specifications for comprehensive production line designs.
- Participate in promotional initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within the beverage, pet food, or food industries.
- A dedicated problem solver with a strong sense of urgency and understanding of deadlines.
- A detail-oriented multi-tasker who is committed to continuous improvement and thrives in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
