Job Summary

WebstaurantStore is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented 4th Shift Replenishment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our inventory team, you will be responsible for restocking primary bins with overflow stock using a handheld scanner and stand-up reach truck. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Restock primary bins with overflow stock using a handheld scanner and stand-up reach truck
* Communicate inventory discrepancies with respective inventory team members
* Maintain performance, safety, and cultural expectations
* Report any damages to product seen in bins
* Report any forklift incidents
* Operate the stand-up reach truck

Requirements

* 1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment; shipping, receiving and/or inventory experience preferred
* High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Ability to push and pull up to 150lbs
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
* Ability to constantly bend, reach, climb, squat and stand throughout shift
* Perform work while standing and/or walking, up to 10 hours/day
* Regularly use hands for simple grasping and fine manipulation
* Must have experience and be proficient using Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and Word

WebstaurantStore offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting wage of $22.00/hr (which includes a $2.00/hr shift differential) and a potential of up to $0.88 in raises every 6 months. Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. Occasional activities may involve exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.

Shift Schedule

This position requires a Friday-Sunday schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with the possibility of scheduled overtime.
