We are currently seeking enthusiastic and engaged individuals to join our team as a Bilingual Manufacturing Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee production staff in the Laser department, providing assistance on the production floor as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all procedures and policies by Laser Leads, Machine Operators, and Quality Control personnel.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews, offering coaching on performance, behavior, and attendance, as well as implementing disciplinary actions when required.
  • Ensure that safety regulations are adhered to by the team.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide training and coaching to enhance performance.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve operations, focusing on waste reduction and efficiency enhancement.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Two to four years of relevant manufacturing experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to supervise and motivate a diverse workforce.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing clarity and efficiency.
  • Practical experience with MS Office and comfort with technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and delegate when necessary.
  • Capability to communicate effectively with individuals from various backgrounds and ethnicities.
  • Commitment to treating all individuals with dignity and respect while maintaining professionalism.
  • A high school diploma is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
