Job Title: Senior Integrations Lead

Monro, Inc. is a leading provider of auto service and tire solutions, with a strong presence in the US market. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integrations Lead to join our team.

About the Role:

The Senior Integrations Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions across our enterprise systems. This includes working closely with various lines of business to understand business requirements, developing integration solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement integration solutions using API Gateway technologies, REST API, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Develop reusable integration components and ensure scalability, reliability, and flexibility for future business process changes.
  • Conduct hands-on proof-of-concepts with.NET, API, and cloud technologies to ensure the right technologies are used for business problems.
  • Design and develop software using.NET, REST API, Java, AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, SQL Stored procedures, and other relevant technologies.
  • Ensure all applications adhere to PCI, Data Privacy, and SOX compliance.
  • Conduct design reviews of active projects to ensure all applications are designed according to architectural guidelines.
  • Work closely with business leaders to elicit business objectives and provide best solutions using strong team collaboration across Business/IT/3rd Party Partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with a minimum of 5 years IT application full-stack development experience and 2 years API integration experience.
  • Master's degree preferred; cloud certification a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and change focus quickly to meet business needs.
  • Ability to take initiative in problem-solving and recommend technological best practices.
  • Proven experience integrating with multiple disparate technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic conceptual thinking skills.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $95,000 - $105,000.
