Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent service and sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and maintaining a high ratio of return customers.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of restaurant staff.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to regularly walk, climb, crouch, and move up to 50 pounds at a time, with a stable work history and a strong commitment to safety.
