Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular foot patrols of the property to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Inspect and check the property's amenities to ensure they are in good working order
  • Deliver notices and communicate with residents as needed
  • Prepare and submit a daily activity report detailing your encounters and observations while on duty

Requirements:

  • Availability to work between 6pm-6am
  • Starting pay $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, depending on experience and availability
