Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care as defined by state regulations
  • Implement care plans initiated by registered nurses
  • Document patient information accurately and timely
  • Assess and educate patients on self-care techniques and relevant health information
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate home health services

You'll also have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program
  • Three years of nursing experience, preferably in community or home health settings
  • CURRENT licensure as a licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse in the state
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and adequate automobile insurance

We offer a competitive salary range based on experience: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
