Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role involves duties performed on dealership premises, both indoors and outdoors, including customer test drives. Responsibilities include frequent movement around company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively and is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. Regular and predictable attendance is essential, with scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
