Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Producer to join our team at Becore, a premier experiential marketing agency and event production company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-impact events and activations, with excellent project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive budgets, project timelines, and operational plans for experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts and ideas for projects.
  • Manage project finances closely, tracking expenses and optimizing profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the seamless transition of projects from initial development to final execution.
  • Empower team members to excel and delegate tasks based on individual strengths and skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent field.
  • 6-10 years of real-world experience in Special Events, Event Production, Experiential Marketing, or related field.
  • Firm knowledge and experience of producing a variety of events focused on experiential marketing and brand immersion.
  • Project management and leadership experience required; proven ability to manage and develop a team.

Benefits:
  • Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • 25% travel expected.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours based on event schedules.
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Physical requirements including sitting for extended periods, standing/walking for onsite work, occasional lifting/moving of up to 25 pounds.
